What will appear on my credit card
Credit card transactions will appear as Remote
Approach.
Is it safe to order from this site?
Yes it is. We contract Internet Secure – a provider of secure e-commerce
– to provide a safe environment for
credit card transactions. From their secure
server, your credit information is sent (in
an encoded form) directly to the bank. It
is not stored on the Internet Secure site,
and Remote Approach never needs to see it.
This system is safer than using your card
in a store where they swipe your card and
all the information is usually sent over a
phone line without any sort of encryption.
Newer versions of internet browsers (programs
like Netscape and Internet Explorer) are safer
than old ones. You should only enter your
credit card information if you see a small
golden key or a locked padlock on a yellow background in the bottom left
corner of your browser. And never use your
card on a suspect site, just as you wouldn’t
use it in a suspect store.

How much is shipping?
Nothing. Our online service is accessible
through your browser.
Does Remote Approach
sell address information? Absolutely not.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell any
information about our customers or visitors
to the website.
If you order from us, we may send you announcements
and invitations, but if you request us to
stop doing even that, we will (in fact, being
removed is always one click away). Under no
circumstances do we provide our mailing list
(postal or virtual) to any other organization.
Customer guarantee:
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for
all purchases. If you are not satisfied within
30 days you may receive a full refund on your
membership.
Return / Refund
policy:
Please include a sheet of paper with the return,
detailing the buyer's name, address, email,
and phone number, the Order Number (sent to
you by email when product was ordered), and
the reason for the return.
